Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms.
