Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Pine Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
