Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Clear Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Omaha. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
