Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Minneapolis, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
