Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
