Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Memphis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
