Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Louisville region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
