Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
