Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Little Rock. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for proof of delivery. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
