Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Granite Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Little Rock, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
