Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
