Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Orchard Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 467 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
