Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
