Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Pine Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 861 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
