Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Field Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Honolulu, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
