Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
