Bright Lakeside Freight Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
