Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Cross Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
