Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Dallas, TX)

Silverline River Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
