Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Knowledge of freight terms.
