Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
