Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
