Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Buffalo focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
