Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Atlanta with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
