Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Anchorage. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
