Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Meadow Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
