Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Wichita focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
