Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Keystone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
