Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Wichita. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
