Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Cobalt Construction is a Tulsa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
