Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
