Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
