Highbridge Nest Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
