Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Field Markets Associates is a Toledo retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
