Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
