Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Yarrow Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tampa, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
