Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
