Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
