Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Ashton Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Spokane, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
