Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
