Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Savannah. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
