Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 595 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
