Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Ridge Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
