Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Bright Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms.
