Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Sable Construction Group is a San Antonio contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
