Nova Umber Inspection Services Associates is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
