Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Wren Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
