Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Cobalt Construction Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
