Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Orchard Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
