Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
